    As a counselor and coach of those with ADHD, I can attest that dietary supplementation can in fact make a tremendous difference. I’ve often recommended L-Theanine for those that need help focusing (whether the person has ADHD or not) along with adding Fish Oil for the rich Omegas they provide which are so necessary for healthy neurons and brain functioning in adults. And of course as a counselor I’m a big believer in Behavioral Therapy in conjunction with any medication that may be helpful for a person.
